Most shops can't push back on what an insurance company will pay for. We can. That freedom means we can spend the time the repair deserves, use the right parts, and do the color matching and clear coat work that actually makes a difference. A DRP shop doesn't have that choice. We do.
We negotiate the repair.
The repair plan follows OEM safety standards and manufacturer specifications. That includes diagnostics, calibrations, color matching, and clear coat work. Insurance doesn't always cover these, but they're not optional. We prepare a complete repair plan and present it directly to the insurer. You will know exactly what needs to happen and why. No surprises.

Collision repair
Body and paint work on lightly to moderately damaged vehicles. All makes and models, foreign and domestic. PPG materials. PPG certified collision repair facility.

Processing total losses
We inspect and disassemble the vehicle, then work with the insurance company to determine whether it can be repaired. The car stays in storage at the shop until the customer releases it to the insurer.

Paintless dent removal
The dent gets massaged back into shape from behind the panel, with no filler and no repaint. Works on door dings, hail damage, and small creases where the paint hasn't cracked. By appointment only.
